9. Will and Wit

[fol. 246v]Whenever Will overcomes Wit,then are Will and Wit lost;Whenever Will pursues his ardor,then there’s no Wit chosen at all.Often Will comes upon sorrowunless Wit warns him beforehand,But whenever Will turns to speculation,Wisdom’s cap is torn to pieces.
